Mouradian Resigns After Six Seasons with Stealth
Washington Stealth
President and General Manager Johnny Mouradian has announced his resignation
today, leaving the team after six seasons. Mouradian cited the pursuit of other business opportunities
for his decision. He will remain
involved with the Stealth in a management transition advisory role for the next
six months.
“The organization would like to thank Johnny for his hard work and dedication
during his tenure with the Stealth,” said Stealth owner Denise Watkins. “His efforts as a leader of our
organization and in building a winning team on the field have put our
organization in a positive position for the future.”
Current Chief Financial Officer of the Stealth David Takata will be assuming
the role of President. Takata has
served as the Stealth CFO since June 2008 and has had an increasing role in the
team’s business operations since the recent move to the State of Washington.
Stealth Vice President and Assistant General Manager Doug Locker will take over
the General Manager responsibilities.
Locker served six years as the Assistant General Manager of the team.
Stealth Head Coach Chris Hall will also have an increased role within the
organization, being named the Vice President of Lacrosse Operations. Hall is in his second season with the
