Vancouver, BC (Tuesday, October 10, 2017) –The Vancouver Stealth announced today that they will retire the number of Curtis Hodgson in a pre-game ceremony at their February 10th game vs the Saskatchewan Rush. The number retirement will mark a first in the history of the Stealth organization.

He won a Champion’s Cup (2010), appeared in three Champion’s Cup finals (2010, 2011 and 2013) and made seven playoff appearances during his career. “It is fitting that our first retired jersey will be Curtis Hodgson’s. He has had a remarkable career and has represented the Stealth with class and dignity for over a decade. We could not be more proud of Curtis and want to honour him in a way that his career deserves,” said Stealth President and General Manager Doug Locker.
Hodgson, will remain with the Stealth organization as the Director of the Stealth Lacrosse Academy and Junior Stealth program, and will work with the Stealth coaching staff on player development.
