Summer Laxin': Follow Stealth Players in Summer Leagues

It has been a month since the Stealth ended the 2011 season, another successful campaign in which the team earned the Western Division Championship and a second straight trip to the National Lacrosse League Championship game.  While the NLL season is over, the “offseason” is still lacrosse-filled for many of the Stealth stars.

Of the 26 players that finished the Stealth season on the active or practice rosters, 20 players are listed on the summer rosters of lacrosse teams throughout North America.  As you know, many members of the Stealth reside in British Columbia and 15 players are listed on Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) rosters in the province.  Check for links to schedules and statistics for all the teams in the WLA.

The WLA Champion will host this year’s Mann Cup, where it faces the champion from Major Series Lacrosse (MSL) in Ontario.  Two Stealth players are suiting up for MSL squads this summer, Ontario natives Kyle Sorensen and Craig Conn.  Keep tabs on both of them and the rest of the MSL at

Of the four American players on the Stealth roster (Paul Rabil, Eric Martin, Kyle Hartzell and Chris O’Dougherty), three are staying true to their field lacrosse roots in Major League Lacrosse (MLL).  You can get MLL schedules and statistics

Stay tuned to throughout the summer for more on each of the Stealth players in action over the summer, including interviews and videos to keep you up to date with all the latest in the lives of your favorite Stealth stars.
