Washington Stealth

For the third consecutive year, the Stealth joined Northwest Harvest and KING 5 at the Everett Mall for the annual Home Team Harvest Food Drive.  Stealth defenseman Chris McElroy, Bombshells Monae and Sarah and Bomber the Fox were there to lend a helping hand, collecting food and donations for Northwest Harvest.

Northwest Harvest is the only non-profit food bank distributor operating statewide in Washington with a network of over 325 food banks, meal programs and high-need schools. They provide over 1.6 million meals every month to this network.

 

Stealth stars Chris McElroy and Chris O'Dougherty, along with Bombshells Sarah, Krista and Kendalyn, Stealth President David Takata, Director of Community Relations Breanna Kernan and Bomber the Fox visited the Cherry St. Food Bank in Seattle to assist in sorting food inventory and distribution to families in need.

For the third year, Northwest Harvest will be one of the Stealth's featured non-profit organizations for a game day.  On April 20, when the Stealth hosts the Toronto Rock at the Comcast Arena, there will be a fundraiser and food drive to benefit Northwest Harvest.  Stay tuned to www.stealthlax.com for more details.
