The Washington Stealth teamed up with one of the local Everett sports franchises last weekend, as they took part in the Everett Aquasox’s “Root Beer Float Day” at Everett Memorial Stadium. Stealth transition player Jason Bloom was on hand with other members of the Stealth organization to serve root beer floats to fans and spread the good word of lacrosse to the Aquasox faithful.
Over 3500 fans were in attendance on a beautiful day for baseball, and walked away happy after a walk-off homer in the bottom of the ninth gave the Aquasox a 9-7 victory. The fans were also treated to autographs from the Aquasox stars as well as Bloom, who signed Stealth posters and root beer float mugs.
Up next for the Stealth is an appearance at the King of the Cage “Thunderstruck” event at the Comcast Arena at Everett on August 15. Stop by the Stealth table at the event, get some ticket information and walk away with a Stealth t-shirt!
The Stealth come to the Comcast Arena in January. Season ticket packages start at $75 and are available now. For ticket information, log on to www.stealthlax.com or call 877-MY-75-TIX.
