Washington Stealth star Paul Rabil made a visit to Camden
Yards in Baltimore, Md., last week to throw out the first pitch at the
Baltimore Orioles game against the Tampa Bay Rays. Rabil appeared as a part of
an Under Armour promotion.
The first pitch appearance is just another item to add to Rabil’s memorable
2009. In his first season of
indoor lacrosse, Rabil earned National Lacrosse League All-Rookie Team honors
after recording 34 points (16g, 18a) during the 16-game regular season. This summer, he returned to the field
game and won the Major League Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Year and Most
Valuable Player awards with the Boston Cannons. He also appeared in the MLL All-Star game and won the
fastest shot competition with a record setting 111-mile per hour shot.
Rabil will be back with the Stealth this winter, as the team looks to bring
home the Champion’s Cup in their first season in Washington. You can see all the games live at the Comcast
Arena starting January 9. Season
tickets are on sale now and can be purchased on www.stealthlax.com or by calling
877-MY-75-TIX.
