After a week off due to Stealth training camp last weekend, the Stealth Lacrosse Academy will be back in action this weekend for the final training camp of the winter session. While the previous camps have taken place at the Woodinville Indoor Soccer Center, this weekend will provide a treat for the young players in attendance as they get to play on the same turf as the Stealth at the Comcast Arena at Everett.
Not only will the young laxers get the thrill of playing on the professional floor, but with Stealth training camp going on this weekend as well, there’s bound to be a few more coaches than usual giving tips and offering advice. The high school group will be on the rug Saturday afternoon from 1pm-5pm, while the youth and middle school groups will run the floor on Sunday from 3pm-8pm.
It’s the last weekend for the Stealth Lacrosse Academy’s five-week winter session. Up next is the Stealth Lacrosse Academy Holiday Camp, a three-day camp intended to delve even deeper into the game. A select group of experts will focus on physical training, nutrition, skills and tactics, giving the attendees an opportunity to further improve their lacrosse minds and skills, as well as provide insight to the off-the-floor habits of the game’s top athletes. High School students will also receive additional information on college planning from former Whittier College head coach and current Stealth General Manager Doug Locker.
The Holiday Camp will be the last installment of the Stealth Lacrosse Academy of the season, so don’t miss out on the chance to learn from the pros. The camp will take place on December 27, 28 and 29 at the Comcast Arena at Everett. For more information on the Stealth Lacrosse Academy and all it has to offer, click here.
