Doug Locker, General Manager
Doug Locker enters his seventh year with the Stealth and his first as General Manager of the Stealth. Locker manages all lacrosse operations issues including coordinating scouting and draft preparation, contract negotiations, player transactions, coaching staff management and team travel. In addition, he is directly responsible for the integration of business partnerships with lacrosse communities in the Puget Sound region.
Locker served as Director of Athletics at Notre Dame de Namur University, in Belmont, California from 2002 - 2005. Prior to his stint at NDNU, he spent 23 years at Whittier College (CA) serving as Director of Athletic Recruitment and Retention and Head Men's lacrosse coach. As the lacrosse coach at Whittier he compiled a personal coaching record of 293 - 72. As members of the Western Collegiate Lacrosse League, his teams won 10 League Championships from 1985 - 1999. In 2002, he was selected as the NCAA Division III National Coach of the Year after guiding Whittier to its first ever NCAA tournament berth where they were eventually defeated in the NCAA National Quarterfinals.
Locker served as a member of the NCAA Men's Lacrosse Committee, was President of the Western Collegiate Lacrosse League and was also a member of the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Executive Board. Currently he serves on the Board of the Northern California Chapter of US Lacrosse. In 2008 he was inducted into the Whittier College Hall of Fame, and in 2004 was inducted into the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of US Lacrosse Hall of Fame. He also served as a team manager for Team USA in the Heritage Cup. In addition, Locker served as General Manager for the San Francisco Dragons of Major League Lacrosse.

One glance at Chris Hall's resume and it's easy to see he has dedicated his life to lacrosse. In a 37-year career as a player, coach and advocate for the game, Hall has won championships, started leagues, played and led teams to local, national and international success. As a player, Hall reached the pinnacle of box lacrosse in Canada with the Victoria Shamrocks, winning the prestigious Mann Cup in 1979. In 2008. Hall was inducted as a member of the Victoria Shamrocks Hall of Fame. He also spent a year (1975) playing for the Boston Bolts of the original National Lacrosse League.
As a field lacrosse player, the tough-minded defenseman helped the Canadian team to a Bronze medal in the 1982 World Games in Baltimore. At the Jim Thorpe World Games in Los Angeles in 1984, Hall helped lead Canada to a Silver medal and was named to the All-World team as a defenseman. Two years later, Hall played on the '86 Silver-winning Canadian team at the World Championships in Toronto. He first delved into coaching as the co-founder and Head Coach of the Victoria Seasprays field lacrosse club. Under Hall's leadership, the club went on to create Canadian lacrosse history opening with a four –year 76 game winning streak and capturing 12 Ross Cup Senior A mens' National Championships over the next 16 years before being declared perennial national champs in 2000 until challenged. Hall was also the Head Coach and Assistant General Manager for the Canadian National team from 1988 through 1994 leading them to a Silver medal performance in Australia in '90 and a Bronze medal performance in England in '94. In 1983 after a highly successful nine-year box lacrosse playing career with the Victoria Shamrocks, Hall was hired as Head Coach of the Western Lacrosse Association team. He led the team to a Mann Cup victory in his rookie year as Head Coach Hall again led the Shamrocks to a Mann Cup championship in 1999 and was a two-time winner of the WLA Coach of The Year award.
In 2002, Hall was named as Head Coach of the expansion Calgary Roughnekcs of the NLL. He coached them from 2002-2007, won the NLL Championship in 2004.and was a three-time NLL All Star game coach. In 2007, Hall was named as Head Coach of Team England for the World Indoor Championships and went on to lead that country to the Bronze medal game after being seeded eighth prior to the tournament. In 2009, Hall was hired as the Assistant Coach (offence) for the San Jose Stealth of the NLL, taking over the Head Coaching position after a 3-7 start and led the team to the playoffs and Western division final.

Art Webster is yet another experienced and highly-decorated member of the coaching staff. He worked the past three years for the Stealth under coach Walt Christianson and will continue to coach the team?s defense under new coach Jeff Dowling.
Webster is a legend in Canada?s Mann Cup leagues. As a member of the Western Lacrosse Association?s Victoria Shamrocks and Ontario Lacrosse Association's Brampton Excelesiors, Webster appeared in 558 games as a player amassing 621 points on 174 goals and 447 assists. As a player, he won two Mann Cup titles (1979, 1983) and reached the finals seven times. He was also a member of the Canadian National Field Team in 1976-77
Webster retired from playing in 1993 at age 40, but in 2003, when the Victoria Shamrocks were slammed with injuries, Webster played back-to-back games as a 50-year-old. He doesn't remember any goals or assists. "I did get some penalties and some loose balls," Webster said. "If they asked me today, I'd probably do it again."
That same spirit won induction into the Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame on Nov. 10, 2007.
As a coach, Webster served as a defensive coordinator for Victoria; he helped lead the team to five straight Mann Cup showings, including two titles in 2003 and 2005. Webster co-shared the WLA Coach of the Year award with Christianson in 2002. Last year, he steered the Shamrocks into the Mann Cup playoffs in his first year as head coach.
Webster is also in his 31st year as a letter carrier in Vancouver.
